The main goal of this project is to gain further understanding of AntiRetroviral drugs and regimes used for treating HIV patients, by studying the Pharmacokinetics (PK) in this population, in order to predict the evaluation of its efficacy. For that, several clinical /laboratorial parameters and the hepatic function will be correlated with the PK data in co-infected HIV/HBV or HCV patients. The data will be incorporated in the development of predictive models on PK analysis through machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques, help us to estimate the best posology to apply.
