The work plan focuses on the development of machine learning methods for time series data, for the prediction of marine biotoxins in bivalves, using multivariate and heterogeneous longitudinal data from different sources, namely historical information from in-situ chemical and biological monitoring and weather records. The work will involve the development of clustering techniques and survival analysis under the scope of data science.
