The “Technological Assessment Stack” to be executed must select an assessment framework with internationally recognized value. The framework to be used may be recommended by SPMS. Alternatively, INESC-ID, within the scope of this project, will present a proposal for a framework. After defining the framework, the artifacts provided by SPMS will be evaluated and a final report will be produced with the results obtained.
