INSPIRING ERA Exchange “A New Era in Research Management? Building Strategic Capacity for Europe’s Research and Innovation Future”
Co-organised by INESC-ID, INESC Hub Brussels, Ciência Viva and NCBR, the Exchange will bring together policymakers, research managers, institutional leaders, funding organisations and research-performing organisations from across Europe to discuss how research management can be further recognised, supported and embedded as a strategic institutional capacity. Across the two days, the programme will address a number of topics of particular relevance to our community, including research management careers and skills, sustainable funding, AI and digital transformation, Open Science, knowledge valorisation, and cooperation across the European Research Area. There will also be opportunities to exchange experiences and good practices with colleagues from across Europe and to explore potential areas for future cooperation.
