1st Forum on People Management in the Public Sector

Leaders, decision-makers and experts will gather at Fórum Lisboa for a meeting dedicated to the present and future of people management in Public Administration.

This meeting will be a moment of debate on various topics relevant to the functioning of institutions, with the aim of reinforcing the quality of policies, boosting innovation and promoting a more humanized, effective and sustainable leadership culture.

José Borbinha, INESC-ID researcher and coordinator of the thematic line Societal Digital Transition (SDT), will participate in a panel session at 15h00, focused on synergies and inclusion of people in the digital world, a topic aligned with the SDT thematic line.

The Forum is an initiative promoted within the scope of the Commission for the Management of People in the Public Sector of the APG – Portuguese Association for People Management.
