WAIH – Workshop on Advanced Interoperability in Health

The Workshop on Advanced Interoperability in Health (WAIH) invites researchers, practitioners, and policymakers working on biomedical informatics, enterprise architecture, and data governance to collaborate and exchange knowledge across fields to support the development of advanced health infrastructures that serve both clinical practice and biomedical research. As healthcare becomes increasingly data-driven, achieving interoperability between clinical and genomic systems remains challenging due to fragmented standards, evolving technologies, and privacy concerns. By addressing the complexity of integrating diverse systems, WAIH contributes to the evolution of health data ecosystems capable of supporting precision medicine and innovative, interoperable healthcare solutions..

Workshop inserted in the collocation of CBI 2025 – 27th International Conference on Business Informatics and EDOC 2025 – 29th International Conference on Enterprise Design, Operations, and Computing, organised by INESC-ID, INOV and Instituto Superior Técnico.

CIB is a leading conference in Business Informatics that promotes innovation in enterprise through advancements in business modeling, automation, analytics, and IT-driven solutions like cloud applications and big data.
